Request data portability where legally applicable;
Lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee or another competent authority; and
Request review of a decision based solely on automated processing where such decision produces legal or similarly significant effects.
These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. For example, we may need to retain order, tax, fraud-prevention, license, or dispute records even after you request account deletion.
To exercise a right, contact [email protected]. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your account. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
12. Automated Fraud and Security Checks
We may use automated tools and risk indicators to identify suspicious logins, payments, downloads, or transactions. These checks may result in a transaction being delayed, rejected, or referred for manual review.
Where required by law, you may request human review or provide additional information concerning a decision that significantly affects you.
13. Public Content
Reviews, ratings, display names, and comments you submit may be visible publicly. Do not include personal data, confidential information, license keys, passwords, private source code, or information belonging to another person in public content.
We may moderate or remove content that violates Platform rules, applicable law, or the rights of another person.

Products offered through KODEMARKET may connect to third-party websites, APIs, hosting providers, repositories, payment services, or other external services. Those third parties process personal data under their own privacy policies.
This Policy does not govern a Seller’s independent website, a purchased Product after deployment, or another third-party service. You should review the applicable privacy policy before providing personal data to those services.
